Territory B definition

Territory B means China, the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Territory B means, with respect to each Territory B License Agreement, “Territory B” as such term is defined in such Territory B License Agreement prior to amendment thereof in accordance with the terms hereof.

Territory B means all countries in the world with the exception of Territory A.

• License Relocation Licensee may relocate the License from the dedicated Computer to another Computer (in which case such Computer would then be the dedicated Computer) only (A) within the Territory, (B) within a one hundred (100) kilometre radius of where the dedicated Computer was located when the License was originally installed, and (C) upon prior written notice to SideFX.

• License Relocation Licensee may relocate the Licenses from a License Server to another Computer (in which case such Computer would then be the License Server) only (A) within the Territory, (B) within a one hundred (100) kilometre radius of where the License Server was located when the License was originally installed, and (C) upon prior written notice to SideFX.

• License Relocation Licensee may relocate the License from the dedicated Computer or a License Server, as applicable, to another Computer (in which case such Computer would then be the dedicated Computer or the License Server, as applicable) only (A) within the Territory, (B) within a one hundred (100) kilometre radius of where the dedicated Computer or License Server was located when the License was originally installed, and (C) upon prior written notice to SideFX.

• Licensee may relocate the dedicated Computer only (A) within the Territory, (B) to a location within a one hundred (100) kilometre radius of where the dedicated Computer was located when the License was originally installed, and (C) upon the prior written consent of SideFX (which consent may be withheld by SideFX in its sole and absolute discretion).

• On behalf of the rightsholders it represents, Society A hereby grants to Society B the non-exclusive right to enter into licensing agreements with users and to collect fees for the reprographic reproduction in Territory B of the rights, works and publications as described in Schedule A to this Agreement on the same basis and on the same conditions as Society B licenses and collects fees for reprographic reproduction of the rights, works and publications of the rightsholders it represents.

More Definitions of Territory B

Territory B means all countries of the world except Japan and those named in the definition of Territory A.

Territory B means the U.S. with respect to Clopidogrel.

Territory B means the countries and geographic areas described and listed in Schedule 1.01 attached hereto, which shall not include the United States of America for Irbesartan Products.

Territory B means all countries, territories and jurisdictions of the world, other than Territory A.
