This Licence is governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory.
The term “GST” shall be construed to include the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (hereinafter referred to as “IGST”) or Central Goods and Services Tax (hereinafter referred to as “CGST”) or State Goods and Services Tax (hereinafter referred to as “SGST”) or Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (hereinafter referred to as “UTGST”) depending upon the import / interstate or intrastate supplies, as the case may be.

The contractor, their subcontractor(s) and any agent of the contractor or subcontractor must not acquire any supplies or services originating from sources within, or that were located in or transported from or through Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan Territory of Afghanistan controlled by the Taliban, or Serbia (excluding the territory of Kosovo).
