Terms Schedule definition

Terms Schedule. The schedule or schedules (which may be in the form of Schedules I, II and III attached to Exhibit A hereto) which contains information with respect to the particular terms of the Units, as well as the Swap Agreement, the Securities and any other Trust Property.
Terms Schedule means the Terms Schedule annexed hereto.
Terms Schedule means the Terms Schedule annexed to the Agreement.

More Definitions of Terms Schedule

Terms Schedule means the schedule of terms with respect to each Underlying Loan set forth on Schedule 1 hereto.
