These Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the final and entire understanding and agreement between Seller and Customer relating to the goods and/or materials (“Products”) sold by Seller to Customer.
Alternatively, Customer may register with and place orders through Motorola Online (“MOL”), and this Agreement will be the “Underlying Agreement” for those MOL transactions rather than the MOL On-Line Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If there are conflicts or inconsistencies between the Online Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Conditions of Sale herein, the provisions in this Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
