  • If any provision of the Terms and Condition or Order Invoice shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

Related to Terms and Condition

  • Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.

  • Associated Conditions means the symptoms or side effects associated with Stage-Four Advanced, Metastatic Cancer or its treatment and which, in the judgment of the health care practitioner, further jeopardize the health of a patient if left untreated.

  • General Terms means these terms and conditions.
