Termination Services the services and activities to be performed by the Supplier pursuant to the Exit Plan, including those activities listed in Annex 1 of Schedule 8.5 (Exit Management), and any other services required pursuant to the Termination Assistance Notice;
Termination Services means the tasks and functions PwCES is to perform in anticipation of and following the termination or expiration of this Agreement in order to achieve an orderly transfer of Services from PwCES to Equifax or to Equifax's designee, as set forth in Exhibit 11.

These Terms and Conditions apply to ALL ACCESS Wholesale Non-IP Originating Termination Services (“Wholesale Voice Termination”) service which provides the termination of non- IP voice traffic from the Customer’s premise to the Public Switched Telephone Network (“PSTN”).
The engagement is considered completed upon delivery of the requested advice, unless terminated earlier per the conditions noted in the Termination Services paragraph below.
All Post Termination Services shall be subject to this Agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that there shall be no additional charges for the Transition Services, the Transformation Services and the Termination Services; all charges for such Services shall be deemed to be included within the Charges for the Basic Services.
The terms and conditions of the Agreement shall continue full force and effect during the provision of Continuation Services and Termination Services.
More Definitions of Termination Services
Termination Services means the use of all necessary Equipment and facilities (including PSTN) to convert Internet telephony on XXXX.xxx(SM) to PSTN and connect it to a telephone.
Termination Services means the services and activities to be performed by the Service Provider pursuant to the Exit Management Plan, including those activities listed in paragraph 6.15 and any other services required pursuant to the Termination Assistance Notice;

"Warranty Period" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1 of the Agreement.
