Termination Payment definition

Termination Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.
Termination Payment is defined in Section 5.3.

Examples of Termination Payment in a sentence

  • The Non-Defaulting Party shall calculate, in a commercially reasonable manner and considering the full period of non-performance from the Early Termination Date through the date of the expiration of the Agreement’s Term, a Termination Payment amount as of the Early Termination Date.

More Definitions of Termination Payment

Termination Payment means the amount payable by either Party to the other upon Termination in accordance with Article 23;
