Termination of Trading definition

Termination of Trading means that the Common Stock or other securities into which the Securities are convertible is neither listed for trading on a U.S. national securities exchange nor approved for trading on an established automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.
Termination of Trading shall be deemed to occur if the Common Stock (or other common equity into which the Securities are then convertible) is not listed for trading on any of The New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or any of their respective successors).
