Termination of Employment Date of a Member shall mean the date on which a Member's termination of employment with an Employer occurs or the date of any other interruption of Continuous Service for any reason.

Examples of Termination of Employment Date in a sentence

  • CIGNA shall pay the Terminated Participant any Additional Payment due within 30 days after his or her Termination of Employment Date.

Related to Termination of Employment Date

  • Termination of Employment means that the Executive ceases to be employed by the Company for any reason, voluntary or involuntary, other than by reason of a leave of absence approved by the Company.
