Examples of Termination of Employment in a sentence
For purposes of this paragraph, the sale of a Subsidiary that employs the Employee will be considered a Termination of Employment with respect to such Employee.
For purposes of this Agreement, any Termination of Employment shall be effective as of the earlier of (1) the date that the Company receives the Employee’s notice of resignation of employment (except in the case of advance written notice of Retirement, in which case the date for purposes of this clause (1) shall be the Retirement date provided in the notice), or (2) the date that the Employee ceases to be employed or provide services.
If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Plan, other than with respect to any provisions relating to Termination of Employment or Change in Control, the Plan’s terms shall supersede and replace the conflicting terms of this Agreement to the minimum extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
In the event that the Employee experiences a Termination of Employment with the Company and all of its Subsidiaries prior to the Vesting Date due to death, Disability, or Normal Retirement, the RSUs will become fully vested on the date of such Termination of Employment.
An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy may terminate their employment during the period of notice set out in clause 4.8.1 (Termination of Employment).
