Termination, Moving. You may cancel your acceptance of the Agreement with XOOM at any time prior to midnight of the thirtieth (30th) calendar day after the date of the first bill from your utility that includes XOOM charges for gas supply service without penalty or cancellation fee by calling XOOM at 0-000-000-0000 or by sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. When moving to an address within your local utility’s service territory, XOOM will make every effort to transfer your service to your new service address, provided that you notify XOOM within fifteen (15) days of your move. If a transfer of service is not successful or you move to a location outside your local utility’s service territory, you may cancel this Agreement at no cost to you. Failure to notify XOOM of your move will be considered a cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.

Examples of Termination, Moving in a sentence

  • If the Lease Agreement will be terminated as a result of the reason for relocation and Owner is paying for Resident’s relocation, then Resident must comply with Owner’s “Relocation Termination Moving Rules & Guidelines” attached to this Addendum.

Credit, Payment and Collection: Your bill will be based on monthly meter readings provided to XOOM by your local utility. If there is an error in your meter reading, XOOM will adjust its bill to you upon your local utility providing a corrected meter reading to XOOM. This Agreement is contingent upon a satisfactory credit review and maintenance of good credit. You represent that you are financially able and willing to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you have not filed, are in the process of filing or plan to begin any bankruptcy proceedings. Bills not paid by their due date are subject to a late payment fee at the greater of the rate of 1.5%, or the maximum permitted by law, based on your total outstanding balance per month. XOOM will charge a $35 return check fee for all returned checks. XOOM may terminate this Agreement with ten (10) days written notice for non- payment. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM. You will also be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, associated with the collection of amounts owed to XOOM.

During that time you agree to pay for the electricity you consume that is supplied by XOOM.

When moving to an address within Columbia Gas of Kentucky’s service territory, XOOM will make every effort to transfer your service to your new service address, provided that you notify XOOM at least thirty (30) days before your move. Failure to notify XOOM may result in a termination of this agreement and subject you to Cost Recovery Fee’s in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This Agreement shall terminate immediately in the event the Kentucky Public Service Commission (“KPSC”) or Columbia Gas decides to end or change the program under which you buy natural gas from XOOM. XOOM further reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice in the event you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement of if there is a substantial change in your natural gas usage. In the event Columbia Gas removes your account from consolidated billing for any reason, XOOM may either terminate this Agreement or elect to bill you directly in accordance with XOOM policies and procedures. In all cases, cancellation may take up to two (2) or more Columbia billing cycles, and while the cancellation is taking place, you are still responsible for paying for the gas you consume.

When moving to an address within your local utility’s service territory, XOOM will make every effort to transfer your service to your new service address, provided that you notify XOOM within 15 days of your move. If a transfer of service is not successful or you move to a location outside your local utility’s service territory, you may cancel this Agreement at no cost to you. Failure to notify XOOM of your move will be considered a cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with its terms. It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the natural gas you consume that is supplied by XOOM.
