Examples of Termination Invoice in a sentence

  • Upon Manager’s failure to submit its Termination Invoice within the time allowed, LACERA may determine, on the basis of information available to it, the amount, if any, due to Manager and such determination shall be deemed final.

  • Subject to the provisions of paragraph 22.3 below, after XXXXXX has made such determination, or after Manager has submitted its Termination Invoice, LACERA shall authorize payment to Manager, so long as Manager is not in breach or default of any of its post-termination obligations.
