Examples of Termination for Cause in a sentence
Per Texas Administrative Code (TAC) 31.47, Audit and Project Close-Out Standards: The subrecipient shall make every reasonable effort to complete all project activities and request appropriate reimbursements within the time period specified in the project agreement and TAC 9.136, Suspension or Termination for Cause: On termination of a subgrant, the unexpended and unobligated funds awarded to the subgrantee immediately revert to the department (TxDOT).
In the event the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER fails to meet any of its contractual obligations, as set forth in this Agreement including the proposal, then the TOLLWAY, at its option, may consider the Agreement as canceled effective upon the delivery of written Notice of Termination for Cause to the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER, and the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER shall have no further claims or rights against the TOLLWAY except as set forth herein.
Termination for Cause and Convenience are addressed elsewhere in the Agreement.
A breach of this Section is considered a material breach of this Contract, which entitles the State to terminate this Contract under Section 23, Termination for Cause.
Contracts between Business Associates and subcontractors are subject to the same requirement for Termination for Cause.
