Examples of Termination due to Disability in a sentence
In the event of Executive’s death during the Employment Period or a Termination due to Disability, Executive or Executive’s beneficiaries or legal representatives shall be provided the Unconditional Entitlements, including, but not limited to, any such Unconditional Entitlements that are or become payable under any Company plan, policy, practice or program or any contract or agreement with the Company by reason of Executive’s death or Termination due to Disability.
A lump sum cash payment equal to twelve (12) times the Company-paid portion of the monthly COBRA continuation premium for Employee and his eligible dependents, if any, for COBRA continuation coverage under the Company's health, vision and dental plans in effect as of Employee's Date of Termination due to Disability or death.
Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, the Employment Period shall end upon the earliest to occur, if any, of (i) Executive’s death, (ii) a Termination due to Disability, (iii) a Termination for Cause,(iv) the Termination Date specified in connection with any exercise by the Company of its Termination Right or (v) a Termination for Good Reason.
Subject to Section 7 below, in the event of Termination due to Disability, then (regardless of any subsequent death of the Employee) the Option will continue to vest pursuant to Section 3, and the last date on which the Option may be exercised is the day prior to the Expiration Date.
