If the Interconnection Requirements Amendment is not executed by the PPA Amendment Deadline, either Party may, by written notice delivered to the other Party, declare the Agreement null and void; or If Seller is dissatisfied with the results of the IRS, Seller shall have the option, by written notice delivered to Company no later than the Termination Deadline, to declare this Agreement null and void.
