Termination Agreements definition

Termination Agreements means, collectively, the termination agreement with respect to the Existing Lease, the termination agreement with respect to the Existing Sublease and the release from the Lien of the Existing Mortgage, in each case delivered pursuant to Section 5.1.2(xiii) of the Participation Agreement.
Termination Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
