Terminated Field definition

Terminated Field has the meaning set forth in Section 13.9.1 (All Termination Events).
Terminated Field shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Examples of Terminated Field in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such termination relates to a particular Terminated Field for the TAK-385 Licensed Compound, then the foregoing obligations shall apply with respect to the TAK-385 Licensed Compound and TAK-385 Licensed Products in the Terminated Field.

  • Exclusive Territory means (1) the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana; and

  • Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.
