More Definitions of Terminated Country

Terminated Country means with respect to a termination of this Agreement, the country(ies) subject to such termination, to the extent applicable to terminations by SGI as provided in Section 13.3, or with respect to termination of this Agreement in its entirety, all countries in the Licensed Territory.

Terminated Country means a country that has been terminated in accordance with Section 11.2, 11.3 or 11.4.

Terminated Country means (a) any country in the Territory with respect to which this Agreement is terminated or expires pursuant to Article 14 (Term and Termination), and (b) in the event of termination or expiration of this Agreement in its entirety, all countries in the Territory.
