Terminal pay definition

Terminal pay means the following payments made by an employer to an employee on termination of employment:
Terminal pay means any payment to an employee in exchange for an agreement to retire by a certain date.

Examples of Terminal pay in a sentence

  • Terminal pay shall be made available within 30 duty days of the date of retirement, or on a mutually agreed upon date.
