Term Time definition

Term Time means that portion of a year other than school vacations.
Term Time means the duration of the University’s Autumn, Spring and/or Summer Terms, as set out in more detail on the University’s website, for each Academic Year, as amended from time to time. Each Party shall at all times take all reasonable steps to minimise and mitigate any loss for which the relevant Party is entitled to bring a claim against the other Party pursuant to this Agreement. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts each of which when executed and delivered shall be original, but all counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
Term Time means the weeks when children attend the Centre.

  • If the scheme is made permanent, ‘ Term Time only ‘ supplementary plates will be added to the main entry signs.

  • Different charging rates apply for Term Time Only (TTO) and All Year Round (AYR) provision.

More Definitions of Term Time

Term Time. (“ ”) means the school term time applicable for the qualifying child concerned;

Term Time in this context means any period where you are supposed to be doing aca- demic work, such as going to class, preparing for exams, doing coursework or writing an essay or dissertation. ‘Vacation’ refers to the period where you do not have to attend classes, revise for examinations or do any academic work. For those students at St An- drews who are on a course that runs from September to June, this would refer to Christ- mas, spring and summer vacations and the inter-semester break between the end of semester 1 and beginning of semester 2.
