Term Rate Term definition

Term Rate Term means, with respect to a Variable Rate Bond bearing interest at a Term Rate, a period established in accordance with the provisions of Section C206 hereof.
Term Rate Term means, with respect to a 2019 Series Bond, (i) its Term Rate Initial Term and (ii) the period of time specified in a Change Notice as the time between the dates on which the interest rate on such 2019 Series Bond will be adjusted as set forth in Section 207 or 211 hereof, commencing on the day on which the adjustment is effective and ending on the day next preceding the day on which the next adjustment is effective, which period must be one month or an integral multiple thereof (except that any period beginning on a Term Rate Start Date may be less than one month).

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2 or 3 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than $100,000.00; and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Initial Rate Cap With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and the initial Adjustment Date therefor, a number of percentage points per annum that is set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note, which is the maximum amount by which the Mortgage Interest Rate for such Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan may increase or decrease from the Mortgage Interest Rate in effect immediately prior to such Adjustment Date.

  • Additional Term Loans means any term loan added pursuant to Section 2.22, 2.23 and/or 9.02(c)(i).

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Term Maturity Date means December 30, 2021 (or, with respect to any Term Lender that has extended the maturity date of its Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.19(b), the extended maturity date set forth in the Extension Notice delivered by the Borrower and such Term Lender to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.19(b)).
