Term of License definition

Term of License means the term of the license (evaluation or purchase, as the case may be) of the Questionmark OnPremise Software stated in an Order or Applicable Invoice.
Term of License shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 2.3.
Term of License. The MAP Therapist’s limited license granted hereunder will be effective for the valid period specified on the Award of Status document, provided the MAP Therapist satisfactorily maintains eligibility for this status. To extend MAP Therapist status, the MAP Therapist must successfully complete a MAP Therapist Portfolio performance review as specified by the performance standards current at the time of that review. Payment as Consideration for the License Granted Herein: To qualify as a MAP Therapist for the valid period, the MAP Therapist has submitted payment for and satisfactorily completed a MAP Therapist Portfolio review. To maintain MAP Therapist Status throughout the valid period, the MAP Therapist must maintain an individual account at xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and an active subscription to the PracticeWise Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP) Information Resources as specified on the xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx website. Payment by the MAP Therapist at the then current rate to maintain an active account and subscription will include consideration for the license granted herein.

Examples of Term of License in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall be valid for the Term of License as set forth in Section 2.3.

More Definitions of Term of License

Term of License means a period of ten (10) years from the Effective Date of this Agreement or until the end of the term of any sublicense IPS grants to the Sublicensee as defined in new Article 1.5 herein which ever is later.

Term of License means until the last of the expiration dates of the Licensed Patents from the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Related to Term of License

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • Term of Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 2 of this Agreement;

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Licence Term means the Initial Term plus any Further Term; Licensee means You and/or the Permitted Users;

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.
