Term of Company. The Company commenced on the date the Certificate of Formation was properly filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware and shall exist in perpetuity or until its business and affairs are earlier wound up following proper dissolution.
Term of Company. The term of the Company commenced on the date of the initial filing of the Certificate with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware. The Company may be terminated in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, and shall continue unless and until dissolved as provided in Article XIII. The existence of the Company as a separate legal entity shall continue until the cancellation of the Certificate as provided in the Delaware Act.

Term of Company. The term of the Company commenced on the date the Certificate of Formation for the Company was filed with the Office of the Delaware Division of Corporations Secretary of State and shall continue until dissolved pursuant to Article VIII. The existence of the Company as a separate legal entity shall continue until the cancellation of the Company’s Certificate of Formation.
Term of Company. The term of the Company as a limited liability commenced on the Effective Date and shall continue on a perpetual basis unless dissolved pursuant to Article 8 of this Agreement.
Term of Company. The term of existence of the Company shall commence on the effective date of the filing of the Articles with the California Secretary of State, and shall continue until terminated by the provisions of this Agreement or as provided by law.
