Term Loan Funding Date definition

Term Loan Funding Date means the date on which the conditions specified in Section 4.02 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 4.02) and the Term Loans are funded.

Term Loan Funding Date means the date of the funding of the Term Loan, which date shall occur after the Closing Date but not later than April 27, 2018.

Term Loan Funding Date means the date on which the Term Loan Lenders make a senior secured term loan pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
