Term Loan Agent definition

Term Loan Agent means “Term Loan Agent” as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Term Loan Agent means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, in its capacities as administrative agent and collateral agent under any of the Term Loan Documents, or any successor administrative agent or collateral agent thereunder.

Term Loan Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as administrative agent under the Term Loan Agreement, together with its successors and assigns.

• Promptly after receiving a request for a Term Loan, Agent shall notify each Lender of the contents of such request and such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the requested Term Loan.

• Each Junior Secured Creditor hereby agrees that until the Term Loan Termination Date, if the Junior Secured Creditor is the Revolving Agent, or the Revolving Credit Termination Date, if the Junior Secured Creditor is the Term Loan Agent, it will not assert any rights of subrogation it or they may acquire as a result of any payment hereunder.

• The purchase price shall be remitted by wire transfer or immediately available funds to such bank account of the Term Loan Agent, for the benefit of the Term Loan Creditors, as Term Loan Agent may designate in writing to Revolving Agent for such purpose.

Term Loan Agent has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Term Loan Agent means the Original Term Loan Agent, and, from and after the date of execution and delivery of a Term Loan Substitute Facility, the agent, collateral agent, trustee or other representative of the lenders or other holders of the indebtedness and other obligations evidence thereunder or governed thereby, in each case, together with its successors in such capacity.

Term Loan Agent means Xxxxxxx Sachs Bank USA, in its capacity as collateral agent for the Term Loan Secured Parties, together with its successors in such capacity.

Term Loan Agent means Barings Finance LLC, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Term Loan Credit Agreement, solely in its capacity as such.

Term Loan Agent shall also mean the Representative for the holders of any indebtedness outstanding under each Replacement Term Loan Agreement then extant (and, if more than one Term Loan Agent exists at any time, “Term Loan Agent” shall be deemed to be a collective reference to each Term Loan Agent).

Term Loan Agent means Wilmington Trust, National Association, it its capacity as administrative agent under the Term Loan Agreement.

Term Loan Agent shall have the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
