Term DIP Lenders definition

Term DIP Lenders means the lenders under the Term Loan DIP Credit Agreement.

Term DIP Lenders means those certain lenders (with their respective successors and assigns) under the Term DIP Agreement.

  • Lenders means the Persons listed on Schedule 2.01 and any other Person that shall have become a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption, other than any such Person that ceases to be a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption.

  • Existing Lenders has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.

  • Term Loan Agent means “Term Loan Agent” as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Term Loan Claims means any Claim on account of, arising under, derived from, or based upon the Term Loan Documents, including Claims for all principal amounts outstanding, interest, fees, expenses, costs, and other charges arising thereunder or related thereto.
