Term Collateral Documents means all “Collateral Documents” or similar term as defined in any Term Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered in connection with any Term Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Term Collateral Documents means this Agreement and the other “Security Documents” (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Term Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
Term Collateral Documents means the Term Security Agreement, the Mortgages granted to the Term Collateral Agent and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments now existing or entered into after the date hereof pursuant to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted on any assets of any Grantor to secure any Term Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.

In connection with any Exercise of Secured Creditor Remedies, each of the Term Agents and the ABL Revolving Collateral Agent may enforce the provisions of the Term Collateral Documents or ABL Revolving Collateral Documents, as applicable, and exercise any and all rights, powers and remedies thereunder, all in such order and in such manner as they may determine in the exercise of their sole discretion.
