Term Agent definition

Term Agent shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement and shall include any successor thereto as well as any Person designated as the “Agent”, “Administrative Agent”, “Collateral Agent”, “Trustee”, “Collateral Trustee” or similar term under any Term Credit Agreement.

Term Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the Base Intercreditor Agreement or the Cash Flow Intercreditor Agreement, as applicable.

Term Agent shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement.

Examples of Term Agent in a sentence

• If Tenant does not vacate the Property on or before the last day of the Term, Agent may: (a) Pursuant to Maryland law forthwith eject Tenant and take possession of the Property and all furniture, (b) the Enforce term of this Lease pursuant to Section Four (4) of this Lease (c) Exercise any other remedy granted to an Agent under Maryland law, including, to the extent permitted by law, the power to collect double rent for the holdover period.

• The Term Agent and the ABL Agent acknowledge and agree that neither has made any representation or warranty with respect to the execution, validity, legality, completeness, collectability or enforceability of any other ABL Document or any Term Document.

More Definitions of Term Agent

Term Agent means the Term Administrative Agent or the Term Collateral Agent and any successor and assigned in such capacity, and “Term Agents” means any two or more of them.

Term Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Term Documents, or any successor administrative agent or collateral agent under the Term Documents.

Term Agent means the administrative agent, the trustee or other similar representative under the Term Credit Agreement.
