Term Administrative Agent definition

Term Administrative Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as agent for the “Secured Parties” under (and as defined in) the Term Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

Term Administrative Agent means Royal Bank, in its capacity as administrative agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, and its successors in such capacity as provided in Article VIII.

• Any Lender may request through the Term Administrative Agent that Loans of any Class made by it be evidenced by a Term Note.
