Term A Note definition

Term A Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term A Lender evidencing Term A Loans made by such Term A Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1.
Term A Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Term A Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit C‑1, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Term A Lender resulting from the Term A Loans made or held by such Term A Lender.

  • The Lender may also attach schedules to this European Term A Note and endorse thereon the date, amount, currency and maturity of its Loans and payments with respect thereto.
