Tender Process definition

Tender Process means the procurement process for this Tender as set out in the Tender Document herein.
Tender Process means the process for calling, receiving, evaluating and awarding of Tender(s) as proposed in clauses 3.2.7 and 3.2.8 of these Conditions of Tendering.
Tender Process means the process commencing upon the issuance of the Invitation for Pre-Qualification and ending upon the award of the Agreement.
