Tender Prices and discounts. 16.1 The prices and discounts (including any price reduction) quoted by the Tenderer in the Form of Tender and in the Activity Schedule (s) shall conform to the requirements specified below.
Tender Prices and discounts. ‌ The prices quoted by the Tenderer in the Form of Tender and in the Price, Schedules shall conform to the requirements specified below. All lots (contracts) and items must be listed and priced separately in the Price Schedules. The price to be quoted in the Form of Tender in accordance with ITT10.1 shall be the total price of the Tender, including any discounts offered. The Tenderer shall quote any discounts and indicate the methodology for their application in the form of tender. Conditional discounts will be rejected. Prices quoted by the Tenderer shall be fixed during the performance of the Contract and not subject to variation on any account, unless otherwise specified in the TDS. Tender Prices and discounts. 19.1 Unless otherwise specified in the TDS, Tenderers shall quote for the entire Plant and Installation Services on a “single responsibility” basis. The total Tender price shall include all the Contractor's obligations mentioned in or to be reasonably inferred from the Tendering document in respect of the design, manufacture, including procurement and subcontracting (if any), delivery, construction, installation and completion of the Plant. This includes all requirements under the Contractor's responsibilities for testing, pre- commissioning and commissioning of the plant and, where so required by the Tendering document, the acquisition of all permits, approvals and licenses, etc.; the operation, maintenance and training services and such other items and services as specified in the Tendering document, all in accordance with the requirements of the General Conditions. Items against which no price is entered by the Tenderer will not be paid for by the Procuring Entity when executed and shall be deemed to be covered by the prices for other items.
