Tender Particulars definition

Tender Particulars means the tender particulars set out in Part I, Section 2 of the Tender Documents.

  • Particulars means the following:

  • Tenderer means any persons, partnership firm or company submitting a sum or sums in the Bills of Quantities in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, Conditions of Contract Parts I and II, Specifications, Drawings and Bills of Quantities for the work contemplated, acting directly or through a legally appointed representative.

  • Tender Notice means the Tender Notice set out in Part 1 of this TenderDocument;

  • The Tenderer means the individual or firm supplying the Goods under this Contract.

  • inter-dealer bond broker means a person or company that is approved by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada under its Rule No. 36 Inter-Dealer Bond Brokerage Systems, as amended, and is subject to its Rule No. 36 and its Rule 2100 Inter-Dealer Bond Brokerage Systems, as amended from time to time;

  • Tender means a written offer in the form determined by an organ of state in response to an invitation to provide goods or services through price quotations, competitive tendering process or any other method envisaged in legislation;

  • Youthful offender means any person regardless of age, transferred to Circuit Court under the provisions of KRS Chapter 635 or 640 and who is subsequently convicted in Circuit Court.

  • Initial Authorised Participant means BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. and any successor thereto.

  • Animal control officer means any person employed by a city, county, or city and county for the purpose of enforcing animal control laws or regulations.

  • Offeror means a Person who has announced a current intention to make or is making a Take-over Bid.

  • Proper notice to the county inspector means that the pipeline company or its contractor shall keep the person responsible for the inspection continually informed of the work schedule and any schedule changes, and shall provide at least 24 hours’ written notice before trenching, permanent tile repair, or backfilling is undertaken at any specific location. The pipeline company may request that the county inspector designate a person to receive such notices.

  • Bidder/Tenderer means the interested Firm/Company/Supplier/Distributors that may provide or provides the general order items etc. and related services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Participating municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.

  • Additional Authorised Participant means any Eligible Authorised Participant (other than the Initial Authorised Participant or the Second Authorised Participant) that has entered into an Authorised Participant Agreement with the Issuer and has acceded to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Reasonable pupil means a pupil, including, but not limited to, an exceptional needs pupil, who exercises average care, skill, and judgment in conduct for a person of his or her age, or for a person of his or her age with his or her exceptional needs.

  • Prospective contractor means a person who is subject to the competitive sealed proposal process set forth in the Procurement Code or is not required to submit a competitive sealed proposal because that person qualifies for a sole source or a small purchase contract.

  • Non-Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.

  • Takaful means a scheme based on brotherhood, solidarity and mutual assistance which provides for mutual financial aid and assistance to the Takaful Participants in case of need whereby the Takaful Participants mutually agree to contribute for that purpose.

  • Regular Purchase Notice means, with respect to any Regular Purchase pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, an irrevocable written notice from the Company to the Investor directing the Investor to buy such applicable amount of Purchase Shares at the applicable Purchase Price as specified by the Company therein on the Purchase Date.
