Tender Exercise definition

Tender Exercise means the competitive process run by Ofgem in order to identify a Successful Bidder to be granted an Offshore Transmission Licence in relation to a particular Qualifying Project.
Tender Exercise means the steps taken in accordance with regulations under section 6C with a view to determining to whom a particular offshore transmission licence is to be granted;

  • A Stock Tender Exercise shall not be permitted if it would constitute a violation of the provisions of any law, regulation or agreement restricting the redemption of the Company’s stock.
