Tender Documentation definition

Tender Documentation means a set of documents, information and conditions that serve as basis for elaborating, submitting and evaluating the requests to participate or the tenders;
Tender Documentation means the Invitation to Tender and the Supplier’s Proposal.
Tender Documentation means the documentation submitted by the Service Provider in response to a request for tender or request for proposal, in the form finally accepted by the Purchaser’s Representative, as set out in Annexure B.

Tender Documentation means the documentation made available relating to a Licensing Round.
