Tender Closing Date definition

Tender Closing Date means the date and time set out in column (C) of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Tender Notice;

Tender Closing Date means the date and time set out in column (C) of the Schedule tothe Tender Notice;

Tender Closing Date means, in respect of each Property for Tender, the tenderclosing date(s) and time(s) applicable to that Property for Tender as set out in the Sales Arrangements;

• Such offer shall be irrevocable and remain open, valid and binding on the Tenderer for the period from the date of its submission to the Company until the expiry of 9 months after the Tender Closing Date.

• Council may after the Tender Closing Date invite all or any Tenderers to change their Tender to take into account changes to the Tender Documents as may be advised by Council.

More Definitions of Tender Closing Date

Tender Closing Date means the date and time set out in column (C) of theSchedule to the Tender Notice;
