Tenant’s Representative definition

Tenant’s Representative means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, whose email address is xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. “Landlord’s Representative” means Xxx Xxxxxxx, whose email address is xxxxxx.xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. Each party shall have the right to designate a substitute individual as Tenant’s Representative or Landlord’s Representative, as applicable, from time to time by written notice to the other. All correspondence and information to be delivered to Tenant with respect to this Exhibit shall be delivered to Tenant’s Representative, and all correspondence and information to be delivered to Landlord with respect to this Exhibit shall be delivered to Landlord’s Representative. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, communications between Landlord’s Representative and Tenant’s Representative in connection with this Exhibit may be given via electronic means such as email without copies. Tenant’s Representative shall have authority to grant any consents or approvals by Tenant under this Exhibit, and for authorizing and executing any and all change orders or other documents in connection with this Exhibit, and Landlord shall have the right to rely thereon. Tenant hereby ratifies all actions and decisions with regard to the Leasehold Improvements that Tenant’s Representative may have taken or made prior to the execution of the Lease. Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any plan, drawing, change order, approval, or other matter relating to the Leasehold Improvements until it has been executed by Tenant’s Representative or a senior officer of Tenant.

Tenant’s Representative means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx or such other person as Tenant may designate in writing to Landlord as its authorized representative for the purposes of administering and amending this Agreement.

Tenant’s Representative means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx.

Examples of Tenant’s Representative in a sentence

• The Tenant shall arrange a pre-construction orientation meeting at the site with the Tenant’s Representative, Tenant Coordinator, Tenant’s Designer, Tenant’s General Contractor, Tenant’s Representative for Telephone & Data, and the Base Building Consultants in attendance.

• Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

More Definitions of Tenant’s Representative
