Tenant’s Obligations (4) – When signing, the tenant is commonly required to pay: First (1st) month’s rent; Security deposit; Last month’s rent; and Any other fees that are due during the 1st month of occupancy.
If the Landlord gives the Tenant written notice requiring the Tenant to rectify any breach of the Tenant’s Obligations, the Tenant will ensure compliance within the timescale specified in the notice (which may be immediately).
