Tenant’s Liability Insurance definition

Tenant’s Liability Insurance written on an “occurrence” policy form, covering Bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Personal Injury (all as defined in Section 16.2 below), arising out of or relating, directly or indirectly, to Tenant’s business operations, conduct, assumed liabilities, or use or occupancy of the Demised Premises. Tenant’s Liability Insurance must include the broadest available form of contractual liability coverage. It is the intent of Landlord and Tenant that Xxxxxx’s contractual liability coverage will provide coverage to the maximum extent possible of Tenant’s indemnification obligations under this Lease. The minimum acceptable limits for Tenant’s Liability Insurance are $2,000,000 per occurrence. Tenant must cause the Landlord Parties (as defined in Section 16.2 below) to be named as “additional insureds” by endorsement satisfactory in form and substance to Landlord. /initial/HV & JV

Examples of Tenant’s Liability Insurance in a sentence

  • Landlord shall be an Additional Named Insured on Tenant’s Liability Insurance Policy.

  • Tenant’s Liability Insurance shall include a contractual liability policy provision under which the insurer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the additional insureds harmless from and against, subject to the limits of liability required by this Lease and to the limitations applicable to contractual liability policies, all cost, expense and liability arising out of, or based upon, any and all claims, accidents, injuries and damages for which Tenant is required to indemnify Landlord under this Lease.

  • Should Tenant serve or furnish alcoholic beverages, or if service of alcohol is provided by a third party, Tenant’s Liability Insurance must include coverage for Host Liquor Liability.

  • Section Q of the Summary of Basic Lease Terms is hereby amended to provide that the amount of the Tenant’s Liability Insurance Minimum is hereby increased from Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).

  • On or before the earlier to occur of the Lease Commencement Date and the date Tenant takes possession of the Premises, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord and its Property Manager, “XXXXX form” certificates of insurance (or equivalent evidence of insurance) as confirmation of the aforesaid insurance coverage, including naming Landlord and Landlord’s Property Manager as additional insureds on a primary non-contributory basis under the Tenant’s Liability Insurance.

Related to Tenant’s Liability Insurance

  • General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:

  • Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;

  • Property Insurance is defined in Section 6.10(a).

  • Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.

  • Fidelity Insurance means insurance coverage with respect to employee errors, omissions, dishonesty, forgery, theft, disappearance and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, property (other than money and securities) and computer fraud in an aggregate amount acceptable to Seller’s regulators.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Casualty insurance means liability insurance.

  • General Liability means:Your legal liability in respect of Personal Injury and/or Property Damage and/or Advertising Injury caused by or arising out of an Occurrence happening in connection with the Business other than Products Liability.

  • General Liabilities shall have the meaning given it in Article III, Section 6(b) of this Declaration of Trust;

  • FHA Insurance The contractual obligation of FHA respecting the insurance of an FHA Loan pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended.

  • Insurance means comprehensive insurance of the vehicle(s)/equipment and shall include insurance of the crew.

  • Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specified herein or otherwise agreed to by the City, the required insurance shall be in effect prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and shall continue in force as appropriate until the latter of:

  • Sum Insured means the sum as specified in the Schedule to this Policy against the name of Insured / each Insured Person, which sum represents the Company's maximum liability for any or all claims under this Policy during the Policy period for the respective benefit(s) against which the sum is mentioned in the Schedule to this Policy.

  • Travel Insurance means coverage for personal risks incidental to planned travel, including one or more of the following:

  • Excess Insurance means insurance purchased from an insurance company authorized or admitted in the State of New Jersey or deemed eligible by the Commissioner as a surplus lines insurer or from any other entity authorized to provide said coverage in this state pursuant to law, covering losses in excess of an amount set forth in insurance contracts on a specific occurrence, or per accident or annual aggregate basis.

  • Insurance Rent the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 4; “Insured Risks” the risks of fire (including subterranean fire), lightning, explosion, storm, flood, subsidence, landslip, heave, earthquake, burst or overflowing water pipes, tanks or apparatus, impact by aircraft or other aerial devices and any articles dropped from them, impact by vehicles, terrorism, riot, civil commotion and malicious damage to the extent, in each case, that cover is generally available on normal commercial terms in the UK insurance market at the time the insurance is taken out, and any other risks against which the Landlord reasonably insures from time to time, subject in all cases to any excesses, limitations and exclusions imposed by the insurers;20

  • Primary insurance means the policies listed in this policy’s Umbrella Schedule.

  • Premises Building Partial Damage means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost of the building.

  • Coverage means the types of persons to be eligible as the beneficiaries of the Scheme to health services provided under the Scheme, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations.

  • Hazard Insurance A fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy insuring against loss or damage from fire and other perils covered within the scope of standard extended hazard coverage naming the Servicer, its successors and assigns, as a mortgagee under a standard mortgagee clause, together with all riders and endorsements thereto.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Replacement Cost means the cost to repair or rebuild the improvements owned by Lessor at the time of the occurrence to their condition existing immediately prior thereto, including demolition, debris removal and upgrading required by the operation of applicable building codes, ordinances or laws, and without deduction for depreciation.
