Tenant Related Parties definition

Tenant Related Parties means Tenant’s officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents.
Tenant Related Parties means Tenant's officers, partners, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, concessionaires, subtenants, customers, and invitees. In addition, the number of persons in the Premises shall not exceed a ratio of three (3) persons per one thousand (1,000) Rentable Square Feet within Premises ("Density Limit"). Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, Tenant shall not be responsible for (a) making any alterations to the Premises, except to the extent such alterations are required due to Tenant's particular use of the Premises or alterations to the Premises made by Tenant, or (b) any remediation of hazardous materials which exist in the Premises prior to the execution date of this Lease. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary, Landlord shall have the right to inspect the Density Limit within the Premises upon forty-eight (48) hour prior written notice to Tenant. Tenant shall have the right to accompany Landlord during any such inspection. In the event Tenant fails to comply with the Density Limit two (2) times within a twelve (12) month period within the Lease Term, such second (2nd) failure may, at Landlord's sole election, constitute an event of default under this Lease; and Landlord shall then have the right to exercise any of the remedies set forth in Section 8.2 of this Lease as a result of that default.
Tenant Related Parties means Tenant or the officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees of Tenant.

Examples of Tenant Related Parties in a sentence

  • Tenant, however, shall not have the right to terminate this Lease if the Casualty was caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of Tenant or any Tenant Related Parties.

  • To the extent Landlord is not reimbursed by insurance proceeds, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the cost of repairing damage to the Building caused by the acts of Tenant, Tenant Related Parties and their respective contractors and vendors.

  • Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant and the Tenant Related Parties harmless from and against any and all Claims for property damage, personal injury or any other matter arising, claimed, charged or incurred against or by Tenant or any of the Tenant Related Parties in connection with or relating to any event, condition, matter or thing which occurs in, at or aboutthe Property to the extent due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any of the Landlord Related Parties.

  • Subject to the terms of Section 15 below, to the extent Landlord is not reimbursed by insurance proceeds, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the cost of repairing damage to the Building caused by the acts of Tenant, Tenant Related Parties and their respective contractors and vendors.

  • Tenant shall comply, and shall cause all of the Tenant Related Parties to comply, with all laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of any municipal or governmental entity whether in effect now or later, including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“Law(s)”), regarding the operation of Tenant’s business and the use, condition, configuration and occupancy of the Premises.


More Definitions of Tenant Related Parties

Tenant Related Parties means Tenant, its shareholder(s) and the entities or persons which comprise its shareholder(s), and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members or principals (disclosed or undisclosed) or any of them.
Tenant Related Parties means Tenant and the officers, directors, agents and employees of Tenant (whether disclosed or undisclosed).
Tenant Related Parties means Tenant’s trustees, members, principals, beneficiaries, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents. In addition, Landlord, by notice to Tenant within sixty (60) days after the date of the Casualty, shall have the right to terminate this Lease if: (1) the Premises have been materially damaged and there is less than two (2) years of the Term remaining on the date of the Casualty, except that Landlord shall not have the right to terminate this Lease pursuant to this clause (1) if Tenant shall exercise any unexercised renewal option prior by notice to Landlord within thirty (30) days of the Casualty; (2) any Mortgagee requires that the insurance proceeds be applied to the payment of the mortgage debt; (3) a material uninsured loss to the Building or Premises occurs; or (4) a fire or other casualty occurs to portions of the Building other than the Premises or the Common Areas necessary to provide access to the Premises, and as a result thereof Landlord intends to substantially reconstruct (or demolish) the Building or a material portion thereof. A Casualty to the Garage (as defined in Exhibit F attached hereto) shall not entitle either party to terminate this Lease, and unless this Lease is terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Section 16, Landlord shall restore the Garage together with, and subject to the same terms and conditions as, Landlord’s restoration of the Common Areas as set forth herein and below.
Tenant Related Parties. Including but not limited to Tenant’s customers, employees, agents, guests, contractors, subtenants, licensees, concessionaires, invitees or their related parties. “Term” The period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the Expiration Date.

Related to Tenant Related Parties

  • Agent-Related Persons means the Agent, together with its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys-in-fact of the Agent and such Affiliates.

  • Tenant Parties means Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.

  • Parent Related Parties means, collectively, (i) Parent or Merger Sub; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates (other than Parent or Merger Sub), members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of Parent and Merger Sub.

  • Seller Related Parties means, with respect to each Seller, the TGE Entities, such Seller and such Seller’s stockholders, partners, members, Affiliates, Representatives, controlling persons and agents.

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Related Parties means, with respect to any specified Person, such Person’s Affiliates and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and advisors of such Person and such Person’s Affiliates.

  • Company Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Landlord Party or “Landlord Parties” shall mean Landlord, any affiliate of Landlord, Landlord’s managing agents for the Building, each mortgagee (if any), each ground lessor (if any), and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents or representatives. For the purposes of this Lease, the term “Tenant Party” or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.

  • Administrative Agent-Related Persons means Administrative Agent, its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys-in-fact of the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates.

  • Exculpated Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Permitted Persons means (A) the Company; (B) any Related Party; or (C) any group (as defined in Rule 13b-3 under the Exchange Act) comprised of any or all of the foregoing.

  • Related Party Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19 herein.

  • Agent Parties has the meaning specified in Section 10.02(c).

  • Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;

  • Construction Parties means all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement.

  • Related Party(ies) means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates, and the partners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, trustees and advisors of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.
