More Definitions of Tenant Improvements Plans and Specifications

Tenant Improvements Plans and Specifications has the meaning set forth in -------------------------------------------- Section 3.1.
Tenant Improvements Plans and Specifications means collectively the "Preliminary Plans and Specifications," the "Tenant Improvements Schematic Design Drawings," the "Tenant Improvements Design Development Drawings", the "Tenant Improvements Construction Drawings" (all as defined herein), and all related plans, drawings, specifications and notes. The Tenant Improvements Plans and Specifications shall be prepared by Landlord in compliance with all Applicable Land Use Laws and Regulations.
