Examples of Tenant Direction Letter in a sentence

  • Without the consent of Lender, neither Borrower nor Master Lessee shall  terminate, amend, revoke, withdraw, or modify any Tenant Direction Letter in any manner whatsoever, or  direct or cause any Tenant to pay any amount in any manner other than as provided in the Tenant Direction Letter.

  • Without the prior written consent of Lender, neither Borrower nor any Manager shall (A) terminate, amend, revoke or modify any Tenant Direction Letter, or (B) direct or cause any Tenant under a Lease to pay any amount in any manner other than as provided in the related Tenant Direction Letter.

Tenant Direction Letter means a letter in the form of Schedule I attached hereto from Borrower to the tenant under each Lease with respect to the Property (whether such Lease is presently effective or executed after the Closing Date) directing such tenant to send directly to Lender for deposit into the Lockbox Account all payments of Rent payable to Borrower under such Lease.
