Tenant Design Guidelines definition

Tenant Design Guidelines means those architectural standards, controls, and instructions promulgated by the Aviation Department, as revised from time to time.
Tenant Design Guidelines means the criteria established for design and construction of Tenant projects at the Airport and may contain requirements applicable to Tenant beyond those provided by this Lease, as may be amended from time to time.
Tenant Design Guidelines means the guidelines regarding design of premises in the Commercial Space attached as Schedule E- to this Lease, as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time by Landlord.

Tenant Design Guidelines. The Tenant Design Guidelines annexed hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "K", as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Related to Tenant Design Guidelines

  • Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments thereto;

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
