Temporary unit definition

Temporary unit means a tank or container that is not an accumu- lation unit under WAC 173-303-200 and that is used for temporary treatment or storage of remediation waste for implementing corrective action under WAC 173-303-646 or other clean up activities.
Temporary unit means any gaseous or liquid fuel fired unit that is designed to, and is capable of, being carried or moved from one location to another by means of, for example, wheels, skids, carrying handles, dollies, trailers or platforms.
