Temporary Staffing definition

Temporary Staffing means an employee provided by a vendor awarded a contract under this Solicitation, to an agency of the State of West Virginia on a temporary basis.
Temporary Staffing. To manage client’s workload fluctuations by covering special projects, maternity leaves, vacation, sick time and rush orders while saving on overhead costs through our temp staffing service.
Temporary Staffing. – shall mean flexible, temporary staff support provided by an agency to meet specific business needs for either short term or long term assignments during a Catastrophic Event;

Examples of Temporary Staffing in a sentence

  • Pursuant to Administrative Procedure 4215 - Criminal History Checks, Employee Self-Reporting of Arrests, Criminal Charges, CPS Investigations and Findings & Incarceration, any and all Awardees, which includes Independent Contractors, Subcontractors, Outsourced Agency Employees and Outsourced Temporary Staffing, who have uncontrolled access to students must complete a fingerprint criminal history background check, child protective service (CPS) clearance and required online Safe Schools training course(s).

  • Insurance for key Personnel In unfortunate events like Accident or Injury to personnel provided on Temporary Staffing, the First Party shall not be liable for or in respect of any damages or compensation payable to any personnel provided on Temporary Staffing to the First Party by Second Party other than the death or injury resulting from any act or default of the First Party.

  • Temporary Staffing placed with the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) will be reimbursed for training and orientation hours completed at the standard hourly billing rate noted on Schedule B.
