Temporary Resource definition

Temporary Resource means any temporary worker Introduced or supplied by the Employment Business to provide the Assignment Services to a Client, including an Agency Worker and unless otherwise expressly stated, any officer, employee, worker or representative of an Intermediary;

  • During the Period of Extended Hire the Employment Business shall supply a Temporary Resource on the same terms on which it has or would have been supplied during the Assignment and in any case, on terms no less favourable than those terms which applied immediately before the Employment Business received the notice in clause 8.3 and the Client shall continue to pay the Charges.
