During the Period of Extended Hire the Employment Business shall supply a Temporary Resource on the same terms on which it has or would have been supplied during the Assignment and in any case, on terms no less favourable than those terms which applied immediately before the Employment Business received the notice in clause 8.3 and the Client shall continue to pay the Charges.
This Agreement is deemed to be accepted by the Client by its request for, interview or meeting with, or Engagement of a Temporary Resource or the passing of any information about a Temporary Resource to any third party after an Introduction.

The Client undertakes that it knows of no reason why it would be detrimental to the interests of a Temporary Resource for a Temporary Resource to fill the Assignment.
