Temporary Duty Assignment definition

Temporary Duty Assignment or “TDY” will herein mean a voluntary assignment to a station or location other than the station in which the employee is normally assigned in order to support operations for a known period of time.
Temporary Duty Assignment. (TDY) means assigning a Flight Attendant to another base for a full month's temporary duty. The temporary duty line may be a regular line, reserve line or relief line. as referenced in Section 8.P of this Agreement.
Temporary Duty Assignment is an assignment lasting for less than thirty (30) school days such as swim shuttles, restaurant and hospitality, and health occupation runs (excluding Harborview runs). Temporary duty assignments shall be offered to eligible employees on the basis of seniority.
