Temporary Certificate definition

Temporary Certificate means a certificate issued pursuant to subdivision (d) of section 7 of this local law.
Temporary Certificate means a certificate issued as a sanction by ODJFS to a PCSA, PCPA, PNA pursuant to section 5103.03 of the Revised Code for a period of less than one year.
Temporary Certificate means a certificate issued for a period not greater than six months.
