Temporary Bearer Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Bearer Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer; Tranche means Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing);
Temporary Bearer Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Bearer Notes of the same Series issued by the relevant Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer;
Temporary Bearer Global Note means a temporary global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms annexed thereto with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent, the Trustee and the relevant Dealer(s), comprising some or all of the Bearer Notes of the same Series, issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) relating to the Programme, the Agency Agreement and these presents; these presents means this Trust Deed and the Schedules and any trust deed supplemental hereto and the Schedules (if any) thereto and the Notes, the Receipts, the Coupons, the Talons, the Conditions and, unless the context otherwise requires, the Final Terms, all as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions herein or therein contained; Tranche means all Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing); Transfer Agents means, in relation to all or any Series of the Registered Notes, the several institutions at their respective specified offices initially appointed as transfer agents in relation to such Notes by the Issuer pursuant to the Agency Agreement and/or, if applicable, any Successor transfer agents at their respective specified offices in relation to all or any Series of the Notes;

Temporary Bearer Global Note exchangeable for a Permanent Bearer Global Note which is exchangeable for Definitive Bearer Notes only upon an Exchange Event.
The holder of a Temporary Bearer Global Note will not be entitled to collect any payment of interest, principal or other amount due on or after the Exchange Date unless, upon due certification, exchange of the Temporary Bearer Global Note for an interest in a Permanent Bearer Global Note or for Definitive Bearer Notes is improperly withheld or refused.

Temporary Bearer Global Note means a global Bearer Note substantially in the form set out in Exhibit C hereto or in such other form as may be agreed by the parties hereto;

Temporary Bearer Global Note means a temporary bearer global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in (i) in respect of a Trustee Series, Part 1 of the First Schedule to the Trust Terms Module with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Trustee and the Counterparty, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series, issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Trust Instrument; or (ii) in respect of a Fiscal Agency Series, Part 1 of the First Schedule to the Fiscal Agency Terms Module with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Fiscal Agent and the Counterparty, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series, issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Issue Deed.
