Temporary Areas definition

Temporary Areas means the areas detailed as such in the Alliance Brief. Temporary Works means works (including Construction Plant, processes and other things) used for the purpose of carrying out the Alliance Works, but which does not form part of the Alliance Works. TOC Gainshare has the meaning described in Schedule 7 (Commercial Framework).
Temporary Areas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.4. “Term” shall mean the term of this Agreement.
Temporary Areas means any areas outside of the Site for temporary erection of a construction camp and equipment laydown area or otherwise acquired by the Contractor for the performance of the Works.

Examples of Temporary Areas in a sentence

  • No permanent structures may remain in the Temporary Areas unless approved by the County pursuant to the applicable Morgan County Zoning Regulations.

  • temporary building means a Building designed or constructed, erected or placed on land and which is demolished or removed from the lands within twelve months of Building Permit issuance;
